How the packages work. Every package is priced for the day of the party, with delivery, setup and pickup included in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. We set up before the guests arrive and come back after the party, or the next morning if the hall allows it; a pickup after 10pm is $195. On sound and lighting, day two and day three are half price. A 50% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due 14 days before the party by Zelle, check or cash.
DJ gear is the equipment: the Pioneer mixer, turntable and controller with a microphone. If you want us to arrange the DJ as well, or add a photo booth, a dance floor or a balloon arch, we quote it with the rest so it is all on one order.

Book early for spring. Sweet 16 searches peak in March, and spring and early summer Saturdays book first. Reserve three to six months ahead, and confirm the setup time with your hall so we can load in before the guests arrive.
Most Sweet 16 parties are planned over three to six months. Here is the order that works, and the timeline below shows what to book when.

Setup and takedown are included on every Sweet 16. We load in before the guests arrive, set the lighting, the sound and the screen where you want them, test the microphone and the montage, and take it all away after the party. A pickup after 10pm is $195.
The prices on this page include delivery, setup and pickup in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. The Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania are quoted with a travel fee by distance from Brooklyn 11230, and you get that number before you book. Minimum order is $595 in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, and $995 everywhere else.

Celebration Entertainment did an amazing job for my daughter's 6th birthday party! I couldn't have been any happier! I chose their magic package for the party, which includes a magician that does magic and balloon animals as well as someone to do activities with the kids, like games, competitions and face painting. The kids and adults really enjoyed the magic show.
I had a party for my daughter's 50th and they supplied the helium tank and blew up all the balloons and tied the ribbons! Noni was wonderful to deal with and I would highly recommend him as was his staff

Yes. For a home party the Sweet 16 at Home package covers sound, uplighting and helium for $1,495. In the backyard we add a tent or pop-up canopies, string lights and power planning so everything runs from the house or a generator.
We rent DJ equipment, a Pioneer mixer, a turntable, a controller and a microphone, for $1,495 a day. If you want us to arrange the DJ too, tell us and we quote it with the rest of the party.
Yes. Our decoration team designs balloon arches, backdrops and centerpieces in her colors, and helium tanks start at $195 for seven days if you want to fill balloons yourself.
Yes. We coordinate the load-in time with the hall, work around their rules and send a certificate of insurance to the venue before the party.
A 50% deposit reserves your date. The balance is due 14 days before the party, by Zelle, check or cash, so nothing is left to settle on the day and you can enjoy it. Every price is written on the package, and travel outside Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens is quoted up front.
Three to six months. Sweet 16 planning peaks in March, and spring and early summer Saturdays go first. If the date is close, call anyway; orders placed before 11:30am can often go out the same day.
