Wedding Rentals, With One Team for the Whole Day

Most couples book five or six vendors and hope they talk to each other. We run the parts that make the night: the DJ and MC, the ceremony sound, the lighting, the tent when the wedding is outside, the dancers and live musicians, and the photo and video. One planning meeting, one timeline and one team on the night, at ballrooms in Brooklyn, venues in Manhattan, banquet halls in New Jersey and backyards on Long Island, since 2001.

  • Planned with you

A planning meeting before every wedding, mitzvah and Sweet 16: the timeline, the songs and every special moment.

  • DJ and MC in one

Entrances, toasts, candle lighting and the hora announced clearly, so the night flows.

  • Our own pro gear

Pioneer CDJ-3000 and DDJ-SZ, JBL and RCF speakers, wireless mics and lighting. Nothing rented from someone else.

  • The full bundle

Add dancers, live musicians, a photographer and a videographer, all from one company.

What We Bring to Your Wedding

Six parts of the wedding day we plan, deliver and run ourselves.

Our DJ booth, speakers and lighting set up for a wedding in Brooklyn.

We Plan the Day With You

Before the wedding we sit with the two of you and build the timeline: the ceremony music, the cocktail hour, the entrances, the first dance, the toasts, the cake and the last dance. We share it with your venue and your other vendors.

  • Planning meetings or calls
  • Timeline and run of show
  • Processional and first dance songs
  • Coordinated with the venue

Wedding DJ and MC

Your DJ is the MC too. We announce the wedding party and the couple, invite the toasts and blessings, start the hora and read the dance floor all night, with Top 40, hip hop, Latin, Israeli and oldies as your crowd needs.

  • Grand entrance announcements
  • Toasts and blessings
  • The hora and the chair lift
  • Must-play and do-not-play lists

Ceremony Sound

The officiant and the vows need to be heard. We set up a speaker and wireless microphones at the ceremony, play the processional and recessional, and move the sound to the cocktail hour when the ceremony ends.

  • Wireless mics for the vows
  • Processional and recessional music
  • Indoor or outdoor ceremonies
  • Add $495 to the DJ package

Wedding Uplighting and Monogram

Uplights wash the walls in your wedding colors, a monogram light puts your names or initials on the wall or the dance floor, and moving heads light the dance floor when the party starts. Uplights are $75 each and the monogram is $495.

  • Uplights in your colors
  • Monogram with your names
  • Dance floor moving heads
  • Lighting packages from $1,295

Tents for Backyard Weddings

For a wedding at home or on a lawn we bring the tent, the sidewalls and the string lights, then the sound and lighting inside it. Frame tents start at $895 and pole tents at $1,495, delivered and set up. Add tables and chairs and wedding linens to the same delivery.

  • Frame and pole tents
  • Sidewalls and string lights
  • Sound and lighting inside
  • Delivery and setup included

Photographer and Videographer

A photographer and a videographer we book and manage for you cover the day from getting ready to the last dance, working from the same timeline as the DJ. You get an online gallery, a highlight film, the full ceremony and toasts on video, and an album.

  • 8 hours of photo and video
  • Online gallery, 500+ photos
  • Highlight film and ceremony edit
  • 30-page wedding album

Wedding Price Guide

How Much Does a Wedding DJ Cost in NYC?

A wedding DJ in New York City runs about $2,000 to $4,000 for the reception, and the best known names charge over $5,000. Most price by the event with 5 hours of music and add $250 to $500 for every extra hour. Ceremony sound is usually extra. Our wedding DJ and MC is $3,495 for 5 hours with uplighting, and ceremony sound adds $495.

What the rest of the wedding costs

  • Photographer. Most NYC couples pay $4,500 to $7,500 for 8 to 10 hours with a working professional.
  • Videographer. About $3,000 to $5,000 for 6 to 8 hours, and $5,000 to $8,000 for an established studio with two shooters.
  • Photo and video together. About $6,800 to $9,100 for 6 to 8 hours from studios that do both.
  • Uplighting and monogram. Our uplights are $75 each and a monogram is $495; lighting packages start at $1,295.
  • A tent for a backyard wedding. Our frame tents start at $895 and pole tents at $1,495, set up.
