Tell us how many of each size, latex or foil. We quote the helium and the crew time before you book.
You prepay the balloon count plus the first crew hour, which includes travel. Anything extra is settled on site.
Lay out the balloons, ribbon and weights. We bring the helium tank, the regulator and two people.
The crew fills and ties while you set up. Time past the first hour is billed every 15 minutes.
Helium is priced per balloon at the store and on site. On-site jobs add the crew time. Every price is plus tax.
Any regular latex balloon from 5 to 12 inches is $2 to fill with helium.
Every other size, latex or foil, is the size in inches divided by 2: an 18 inch is $9, a 36 inch is $18.
When we come to you, $175 covers the travel and the first hour for two people. Store fills have no crew fee.
One hour is always prepaid. Time past it is billed every 15 minutes, and we settle the balance on site.
Prices are plus tax.
Count by size. Write down how many balloons you have of each size. It sets the helium price and how long the job takes.
Small foil does not float. Foil balloons under about 18 inches (9 to 14 inch shapes and 16 inch letters and numbers) are air-fill only. Use them on sticks, cake toppers or garlands, and pick 18 inch or larger foil for anything that should float.
Fill close to party time. Indoors, latex floats about 8 to 24 hours and foil several days. Heat, cold and wind are hard on latex.
Doing it yourself? Rent a helium tank and use our free balloon helium calculator to see how much helium you need and which tank fits.

We've been renting extra-large helium tanks from them for our stores in Brooklyn for several years. We have locations in Williamsburg and Borough Park, and before the holidays we order helium tanks to fill balloons for the kids. They deliver the tanks directly to our stores and the service is always reliable and convenient. We've used them many times and have always had a great experience. I definitely recommend them for helium tank rental and delivery in Brooklyn.
