Our stage platform rental is built from 4ft x 4ft portable stage platforms, so we can build any size in 4 ft steps, from one platform for a soloist to a 24ft x 32ft concert stage. These are the sizes booked most and what each one fits. Setup takes 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size and the access.
One 4ft x 4ft stage platform, or dozens joined into a full deck.
A small stage can be a single 4ft x 4ft platform for a soloist, an award presentation or a head table. The sizes asked for most are 8ft x 8ft, 8ft x 12ft and 12ft x 12ft. Every one of them still arrives with a set of steps, non-slip decking, and legs that adjust on their own so the deck sits level on grass, asphalt or a slope. Setup takes 45 minutes to two hours depending on the size and how easy the venue is to reach.

A small stage starts at $850 a day, with delivery, setup and one set of steps included. The size, the deck height, the number of days and the distance from Brooklyn move the number, so we price your exact job. Send the size or the headcount and the address and you get one price.
Most people searching stage rental near me are inside our area. If you are in New York City, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut or eastern Pennsylvania, we deliver and build the stage for you. A speaker or a small presentation fits on 8ft x 8ft. A school graduation or a presentation usually needs 12ft x 16ft. A band needs 16ft x 20ft or more. Tell us what happens on the stage and how many people are on it at once, and we will size it.
Yes. A single 4ft x 4ft platform works for a soloist, a DJ or a podium, two make a 4ft x 8ft stage and four make an 8ft x 8ft stage. A small stage comes with steps, delivery and setup like every other size.
One set of steps comes with every stage we rent. Skirting in black, light gray or white is available to cover the legs; ask when you book. ADA ramps are available too, built to the slopes in the 2010 ADA Standards.
No. Guard rails are a paid add-on for the steps, the sides and the back. Many schools and venues require them on a raised deck, so check with yours before the day.
Yes. Every leg adjusts on its own, so the deck sits level on grass, a slope or a street with a camber. Our All-Terrain decks are 4ft x 4ft weatherproof aluminum panels that lock together into any size.
Usually 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size and the access. We arrive before your event to build it, and we come back to take it down.
On a public street in New York City, yes, and it should be requested well in advance. We help you apply. Start with the NYC street event permit page.
Yes. For festivals, rallies and outdoor concerts we supply a mobile stage: a trailer stage with a built-in roof, quoted per event. See mobile stage rental.
Yes. The PA package is $695 and PA Plus with two subwoofers is $1,195. Stage lighting is quoted with the stage, and we also run full production. See sound systems, AV equipment and event production.
Across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, from Brooklyn. Book before 11:30 am and a stage can go out the same day in Brooklyn.
For one event, or a few a year, renting is cheaper. Renting includes delivery, setup, the steps and pickup, and you do not pay for storage, a truck or repairs. Buying makes sense only when a school or a church sets up a stage many times a year and has room to store it.
