Six tank sizes for balloons, from a small party tank to a 291 cu ft cylinder. Regulator included, 7 days, no deposit.
Schools and organizations: we work with Bridgeport public and private schools, churches, community groups and block associations, send a certificate of insurance to your venue, and accept purchase orders. Our inflatables are insured, inspected and cleaned before every event.
Our helium tank rental Bridgeport service is same day: order by 11:30am and we deliver across Bridgeport and Fairfield County the same afternoon. Delivery is priced by distance.
We rent six helium tank sizes, from a 33 cu ft party tank for a small birthday to a 291 cu ft cylinder that fills up to 582 balloons for a school, a church or a big block party. Pick by the number of balloons (11 to 12 inch latex, per full tank):
Slide to the number of 11 inch latex balloons you plan to fill and see which helium tank you need. Mixing foil, jumbo or number balloons? The full calculator counts every size and type, the same way.
Our stages are 4 ft by 4 ft aluminum platforms that lock together, so we build any size in 4 ft steps, with a non-slip deck, a black skirt and steps. Every leg adjusts from 21.5 to 48 inches, so the deck sits level on a sloped Bridgeport street, a school yard or a hall floor. Prices start at $850 with delivery, setup and pickup; size, height and distance set your final price. The portable stage Bridgeport schools, churches and block parties book most is 12x16 or 16x20 ft.
| Stage size | What it fits | Where Bridgeport books it |
|---|---|---|
| 4 x 4 ft | One platform: a soloist, a DJ or a podium | Speeches, church readings and award nights |
| 8 x 8 ft | A small band, a DJ booth or an award presentation | Backyard parties, school assemblies |
| 8 x 12 ft | A 4 to 5 piece band or a head table | Weddings, community center events |
| 12 x 16 ft | A graduation line, a choir or a dance group | School graduations, church festivals |
| 16 x 20 ft | A full band with room for sound gear | Block parties, street festivals |
| 24 x 32 ft | A concert stage with a drum riser | Large festivals and corporate events |
Any size in between is built in 4 ft steps. Skirting comes in 3 colors; extra steps, handrails and ADA ramps can be added. Setup takes 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size.
A stage is more than a platform. Our crew delivers it, levels every leg, locks the decks together and checks it before anyone steps up, then takes it apart and hauls it away after the event.
For street festivals, concerts and the biggest block parties, our mobile stage trailer arrives as one unit and opens into a covered stage with a roof for lights and sound. Quoted per event.
Stage on a Bridgeport street or in a park? A block party stage goes on the closed street with your block party permit; a stage in a park needs a permit from the City of Bridgeport, or from the state for a state park. Add sound, lights and a generator to the same delivery. See every option on our stage rental page.
Bounce house rental Bridgeport CT families book most goes in a backyard, on a closed block, in a school yard or in a church, school or community hall. Many city or state parks do not allow inflatables, so we help you pick a spot that works. On grass we stake every corner; on streets, driveways and indoor floors we use sandbags on a tarp. Every price below is from, for a 2 hour minimum; more hours are available, price on request.

Block party rentals Bridgeport hosts book, like a stage or a bounce house, go on the street only with a permit. In Bridgeport, block parties and street closures are permitted by the City of Bridgeport. Apply early: the city sets the rules, fees and sound limits, and we help with the details.
Bridgeport city parks and Connecticut state parks each set their own permit rules, and many do not allow inflatables. Backyards, school fields, church grounds and private lots are the easiest places to set up, and we help you check before you book.
Many ask for a certificate of insurance, and we send it ahead of the date. Tell us about stairs, elevators and parking so we send the right crew.
They were very professional and came on time even at the last minute and our party was successful.
I had a party for my daughter's 50th and they supplied the helium tank and blew up all the balloons and tied the ribbons! Noni was wonderful to deal with and I would highly recommend him as was his staff
We were so impressed with the stage rental for our Bonfire event! The setup was seamless, the quality was excellent, and the team was incredibly professional and efficient. It elevated the entire experience and created the perfect focal point for the night. Highly recommend!
I worked with Yani and rented a bouncy castle for a child's birthday party. The pricing was fair, and it was a pleasure to work with them. The equipment was clean and the man who delivered the castle was great with the kids, extremely professional and very helpful.

Backyards, closed blocks with a block party permit, school yards, private lots and indoor halls all work, and we help you pick the spot. That is why most bounce house rental Bridgeport orders go to backyards and blocks.
