A birthday usually means three or four separate phone calls - one for the inflatable, one for a speaker, one for the balloons, one for tables. With our birthday party rentals it is one call, one delivery and one pickup. Setup is included on every job, wherever it is.

A first birthday in a living room and a sweet sixteen in a rented hall need completely different gear. Tell us the age, the headcount and the room, and we will tell you what fits and what will not. Birthday party rentals are sized to the party, not to a package.
The usual shape is an inflatable, a speaker for music, and helium for the balloons. We deliver, set up, anchor the unit and come back at the end of the day.
Sweet 16 rentals are a sound and lighting job more than an inflatable one. Sweet 16 party rentals here mean a real DJ setup, a proper PA and a screen for the photo montage.
A 40th, a 50th, a 90th. These are usually a hall or a backyard with speeches, a slideshow and a hundred people who need somewhere to sit.

Delivery of birthday party rentals is free in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. Outside those three there is a delivery fee based on distance, quoted from your address. Setup is included on every job, wherever it is - we do not charge to put the gear up.
Order before 11:30 am and it goes out the same day. After that, the next day. In Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens a same-day run is usually two to three hours.
Keeping it longer? Day two and day three are half price. A three day weekend costs the same as two days, and the truck run costs us the same either way, which is why we advertise it rather than waiting to be asked.
Birthday party equipment rental prices are per day and include delivery where it is free, setup, stands, all cables and a technician who does not leave until it is working. Not in the price, and we tell you before you book: delivery outside the free zone, stairs above two flights with no elevator ($195), and pickup after 10pm ($195).
We cover all five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, northern New Jersey, Connecticut and eastern Pennsylvania. Open seven days, 8am to 8pm, and texts are answered until midnight.

Celebration Entertainment did an amazing job for my daughter's 6th birthday party! I couldn't have been any happier! I chose their magic package for the party, which includes a magician that does magic and balloon animals as well as someone to do activities with the kids, like games, competitions and face painting. The kids and adults really enjoyed the magic show.
I had a party for my daughter's 50th and they supplied the helium tank and blew up all the balloons and tied the ribbons! Noni was wonderful to deal with and I would highly recommend him as was his staff

We rent canopies and tents that go over the food and the gear. An inflatable can run in light rain but not in high wind, so the real question outdoors is wind rather than rain. Call us the morning of and we will talk it through.
We rent generators for jobs with no outlet. Inflatables need a blower running constantly, and speakers and a DJ controller need clean power, so it is worth sorting before the day rather than running an extension cord from the kitchen.
