Corporate events have one thing in common: everything has to work the first time. The CEO's mic, the slides on the screen, the video with sound, the awards walk-up, then the music when the business part is over. As an event production company, our corporate event planning starts with the run of show: we plan it with your team, bring our own sound, projection, staging and lighting, and keep a technician at the board all day, across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania since 2001.

How the packages work. Each package lists its hours, with delivery, setup before your guests arrive and breakdown after included. A 50% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due 14 days before the event by Zelle, check or cash. We send a certificate of insurance to your venue and a W-9 on request. Prices include delivery and setup in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens; everywhere else adds a travel fee by distance, quoted up front.
Build the full event. Add a second screen, TVs for sponsors, more uplights, a larger stage, a tent for an outdoor event, dancers or live musicians, or inflatables and concessions for a company family day. We quote it all together so one team runs the day.

We start with a call to your team: the agenda, the speakers, the slides and videos, the awards and the music. Then we build the run of show, share it with the venue and stick to it on the day.
Every speaker heard in every corner: JBL and RCF speakers sized to the room, wireless handheld mics for the stage and the Q&A, and sound for your videos and walk-up music.
Bright projectors and screens from 120 to 180 inches, TVs for sponsor loops, and your laptop connected and tested before the first speaker walks up.
Portable stages in any size, bigger or smaller, from a speaker riser to a full gala or band stage, with skirting and steps, a stage wash so speakers look good in photos and video, and uplighting in your brand colors around the room.
When the program ends, the party starts: a DJ and MC who reads a work crowd, a saxophonist or percussionist playing over the DJ, and dancers who get people on the floor.
For an outdoor company event we bring the tent, a small stage and sound, inflatables and games for the kids, and popcorn, cotton candy and snow cone machines with attendants.
Book early for the fall and December. Conference season from September to November and December holiday parties book first. Book four to eight weeks ahead for most events; if your date is sooner, call anyway.
For a small meeting of about 50 people, a projector, a screen, two microphones and basic lighting run about $1,000 to $2,500 for the day, and an AV technician adds $450 to $800 a day. A NYC agency that plans and produces a full conference or gala for 100 to 300 guests usually charges $40,000 to $120,000, with AV and staging taking 25 to 35% of the budget. A DJ for a company party runs about $2,500 to $8,000.

Yaniv knew exactly what to play and when. He kept EVERYONE on the dance floor the ENTIRE night, which was our goal. Everyone from my 80 year old grandmother to 7 year old children had to be escorted off the dance floor at the end of the night. This wasn't just any wedding - it was a "dance party!!!" Yaniv made so many unique music suggestions... it really set our wedding apart from so many other cookie cutter weddings we had been to in the past.
This was the 2nd event we booked with them and we knew we felt comfortable in every aspect of the event. He is an amazing DJ but also helped us design the whole evening. The products were of the highest quality and all of the guests told us both parties were the best their kids had been to. Thank you Yani for making our family events the most fun and memorable. He has a special way of bringing dreams to come true.
