Party dancers do what a DJ alone cannot: they walk the guests onto the floor, teach the group dances, hand out props and keep the energy up between courses. How the pricing works. Every package and act lists how long the dancers perform. The two DJ packages include our DJ and MC for 5 hours; the other prices are for the dancers only, with no DJ and no DJ equipment. Without a DJ, add our speaker and wireless mic for $295. All the dance acts we book:

Book 4 to 8 weeks ahead. Mitzvah Saturdays, Sweet 16 season and December fill first. If your date is close, call anyway: party dancers are often still free.
On booking sites, New York dancers list starting prices from about $200 to $700 for a short appearance, and the average booking runs about $250 to $400. Those prices usually cover one dancer for a 15 to 30 minute set. Party dancers who stay all night, groups of three or more, and LED or costume shows cost more.
Ours: two party dancers for 4 hours $995, a belly dancer $575, an LED dance show from $1,100, Latin dancers $1,100, a break dance crew $1,500 and Bollywood dancers from $1,195. With our DJ there is no separate sound fee, and the DJ and the dancers plan every moment together.
Every dancer price includes planning the timing with you, the costumes and arrival 30 minutes early to change and meet the DJ. Travel is included in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. The Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania add a travel fee by distance, quoted up front. Dancers need a private place to change near the room, and the LED show needs a dark room.

Yaniv knew exactly what to play and when. He kept EVERYONE on the dance floor the ENTIRE night, which was our goal. Everyone from my 80 year old grandmother to 7 year old children had to be escorted off the dance floor at the end of the night. This wasn't just any wedding - it was a "dance party!!!" Yaniv made so many unique music suggestions... it really set our wedding apart from so many other cookie cutter weddings we had been to in the past.
This was the 2nd event we booked with them and we knew we felt comfortable in every aspect of the event. He is an amazing DJ but also helped us design the whole evening. The products were of the highest quality and all of the guests told us both parties were the best their kids had been to. Thank you Yani for making our family events the most fun and memorable. He has a special way of bringing dreams to come true.

A clear dance floor. The break dance crew needs about 15 x 15 feet, and the LED show works best with the lights down. Dancers also need a private place to change near the room.
A 50% deposit reserves your date and the performers. The balance is due 14 days before the event by Zelle, check or cash. Travel outside Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens is quoted up front.
4 to 8 weeks ahead for most dates, and 2 to 3 months ahead for mitzvah Saturdays and December. Close dates are still worth a call.
