Most events need more than one rental: a stage and sound for the speeches, a tent in case of rain, lights for the evening, a bounce house for the kids and a generator when there is no outlet. Many party rental companies sub-rent half of that from someone else. We own it, bring all of it with one crew and one invoice, and set it up so it works together. Setup and pickup come with every job, and delivery depends on the distance and the order.

In New York, a bounce house usually rents for about $250 to $450 for the day, a pop-up canopy for $100 to $200, a pair of PA speakers for $400 to $800 and a portable stage for $700 to $1,500 depending on the size. Many party rental companies then add delivery, setup and a minimum order on top.

$595 in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, and $995 in the Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Helium tanks and tables and chairs have their own delivery pricing.

Smaller orders can be picked up at our Brooklyn store. Pickup after 10pm is $195.

A party on a street or in a park usually needs a permit from the city, and we help with the paperwork for block parties. Sound, lighting and bounce house blowers need power: an outlet within reach, or one of our generators with the gas included.
