We send a simple plan for the balloons, lighting and linens with one price. A 50% deposit reserves your date.
Our crew arrives 2 to 3 hours early, sets the decor, the lights and the tables, and leaves the room clean.

Event decoration is priced by the job. Balloon centerpieces start at $45 a table, balloon columns at $295 a pair, balloon garlands at $395 and balloon arches at $395 for a half arch. A typical birthday or shower with a garland and a few centerpieces lands between $500 and $900, and a full banquet room with lighting and linens is quoted from the table count.

Uplighting and linens are priced with the rental order, by the number of lights and tables. Ask for one quote and we put it all together.
Start with the room. Send a photo of the space, the ceiling height and the table plan. What fits a backyard is not what fits a ballroom.
Pick one focal point. One strong piece, like a garland over the cake table or an arch at the door, does more than many small ones spread around.
Ask the venue about rules. Many halls have a setup window, no helium near smoke detectors, no tape on the walls and a set time to clear the room.
Match the lighting to the colors. Amber makes gold and white glow, blue and purple make silver pop. We set the uplights to your palette.
Book early for busy dates. Graduation season, June weekends and December fill first, so send the date as soon as you have it.
