Celebration Entertainment rents tables for parties and events from Brooklyn. Pick them up from us, or we deliver to the front of your place anywhere in the five boroughs, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, with delivery charged by distance.
Tell us the headcount and what the tables are for: dinner, the buffet, the cake, gifts, the DJ or a cocktail hour. Our crew can set them up and take them down after the event for an additional charge.

Round tables are for seated dinners, banquet tables for buffets and long rows, highboys for cocktail hours. Most parties use two kinds.
The dinner table. A 60 inch round seats 8 to 10 guests and is what weddings, Sweet 16s and seated birthdays book. 48 inch rounds seat 6 to 8, 72 inch rounds 10 to 12.
Folding table rental for buffets, food lines, registration, gifts and the DJ. A 4 foot table seats 4 to 6, a 6 foot 6 to 8 and an 8 foot 8 to 10.
Highboy cocktail table rental for receptions and cocktail hours: 30 inch tops, 42 inches tall, so guests can stand, talk and set down a drink.
Kid-height tables with matching kids chairs for the cake, crafts and the magician at a birthday party.
Long wood farm tables for a rustic wedding or garden dinner, paired with crossback chairs. No tablecloth needed.

Plan the extra tables. Besides the guest tables, most parties need 2 to 3 buffet tables for every 100 guests, plus a cake table, a gift table and a table for the DJ. Tell us what is being served and we add them to the quote.
Plan one 60 inch round for every 8 to 10 seated guests, or one 8 foot banquet table for every 8. Leave about 10 by 10 feet of floor for each round table with its chairs.

The prices on this page are pickup prices. Pick up your order from us in Brooklyn, or we deliver it to you. Delivery is charged by distance, and you get the number before you book.
Delivery is to the front of your place. We unload at the curb or the front door. If you want our crew to set the tables and chairs up, and to fold, stack and take them away after the event so you do not have to do anything, that is an additional charge, quoted with your order.
Tolls, bridge fees and parking are not included. When a trip needs them, they are added to the bill. Stairs, elevators and long carries are quoted when you tell us about them. We are open 8am to 8pm seven days a week and answer text messages until midnight. June weekends, graduation season and the holidays book early.
