Tell us how many tables, the shape and the colors, and we size every tablecloth to the table, add the napkins, runners and chair covers, and bring it all on the same truck as the rest of your order.
You get one quote and one delivery for the whole event, instead of a rental company for the tables and a second company for the linens. Tablecloth rental for a backyard party of 40 or a wedding of 250 works the same way.

Six kinds of linen cover almost every event. Most orders are tablecloths and napkins; weddings and Sweet 16s add runners, overlays and chair covers with sashes.
Chair cover rental turns a folding or banquet chair into a wedding chair. Fitted spandex covers in white, ivory or black, with satin or organza sashes tied in your color.
Colors and lead time. White, ivory and black are always the easiest to book. For a specific color, a sequin fabric or a large order, send us your palette at least two weeks ahead and we confirm what is available for your date before you book. Chiavari chairs take a cushion and a sash, not a cover.
Floor length means the cloth drops 30 inches to the floor on every side, which is the look for weddings and formal events. Lap length drops about 15 inches, which is fine for a backyard party or a buffet line. We size every cloth to the tables we bring, so you only need to choose the look.

Linens come on the same truck as your rentals. Tablecloths, napkins and chair covers arrive clean, pressed and folded, together with your tables, chairs or tent, and go back with them at pickup. You do not wash anything: shake off the food, fold the linens back into the bag and we take care of the cleaning.
Linen rental is quoted per event, as part of your rental order. The price depends on the number of tables, floor or lap length, the fabric and the colors, and there is a minimum order per event. Send us the table count and your colors and you get one number for the linens and the rentals, with delivery, before you book.
Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens are our home delivery area. The Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania are quoted with a travel fee by distance, and you see that number before you book. We are open 8am to 8pm seven days a week and we answer text messages until midnight.

A 120 inch round tablecloth reaches the floor on a 60 inch round table, which is the look for weddings and formal events. A 90 inch round is lap length, with about a 15 inch drop.
A 90x132 inch tablecloth is floor length on a 6 foot banquet table (30x72). A 60x120 inch cloth is lap length. For an 8 foot table, use a 90x156 inch cloth for floor length.
White, ivory and black are always available. Most solid colors, plus satin and sequin fabrics, can be booked for your date. Send us your palette and we confirm the exact colors before you book.

Linens are added to our table, chair, tent and event rentals, so they arrive on the same truck and fit the tables we bring. If you already have tables, tell us the sizes and the count and we will let you know what we can do.
Two weeks ahead is best, and more for a large wedding, a specific color or a sequin fabric. White and ivory can often be booked closer to the date. In June and during graduation season, book early.
