Celebration Entertainment is a speaker rental company in Brooklyn, New York, serving New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. We rent powered JBL and RCF speakers, subwoofers, microphones and line array systems for birthdays, school events, weddings, block parties and corporate events, and we deliver them and set them up.
We have been doing it since 2001.
Most rental companies make you call before they will tell you anything. Here are the numbers. The PA package is $695 a day. A single powered speaker is $225 a day. A day is 24 hours.
The $695 PA package is two powered speakers, two stands, a mixer, a wireless microphone and every cable, which is what most parties, schools and ceremonies actually need. Add another speaker for $175. Add two subwoofers and a second wireless microphone and it is the $1,195 PA Package Plus.
Day two and day three are half price, so a three day weekend costs the same as two days.
Minimum order for delivery is $595 in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, $995 beyond. Under that, pick up from our Brooklyn store. Delivery is free in Brooklyn on orders over $595, and in Manhattan and Queens on orders over $1,500. Outside those three there is a delivery fee based on distance, quoted from your address. Setup is included on every job, wherever it is.

Most people calling about a speaker do not need one speaker - they need the room covered. These three are what actually goes out: one speaker as an add-on, the PA package that suits nearly every room, and the big one for halls and outdoor events. Every price includes delivery and setup, and nothing is added at the door.

Under our $595 delivery minimum on its own - pick it up, or add it to any order
Parties, schools, ceremonies and meetings
FREE delivery in Brooklyn - this package clears the line on its own
Large halls, block parties and anything with bass
FREE delivery in Brooklyn, and more than half way to free in Manhattan
Adding a DJ setup? The DJ package is $1,495, and the DJ package plus the PA package together is $1,995 – one delivery, one setup, one price, and it clears the free delivery line in Manhattan and Queens as well as Brooklyn.
Every speaker we rent is powered, which means the amplifier is built into the cabinet. There is no separate amp rack to wire up and nothing extra to rent. These are PA speakers in the everyday sense: one box that covers music and announcements.
Party speaker rental for birthdays, backyard parties and sweet sixteens - and a lot more besides. We are an approved New York City Department of Education vendor as Party Services Inc., so schools can order on a purchase order.
DJ speaker rental works the same as any other speaker rental: $225 a day per powered speaker with a stand, or $695 for the full PA package, delivered and set up.
If you have a DJ but no gear, the DJ package is $1,495 and includes a Pioneer DJM-A9 mixer, a turntable, a DDJ-SZ controller and a microphone. Book the DJ package and the PA package together and it is $1,995. Speakers are rented separately, so you can size the sound to the room rather than paying for gear you do not need.
More info on the DJ equipment page.
Setup is included, and delivery is free in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. Outside those three there is a delivery fee based on distance, quoted from the address. We bring the speakers, stand them up, run the cables and check them before we go. You are not unloading anything and you are not guessing at which cable goes where.
Pickup is available if you would rather come to us. We are in Brooklyn, open 8am to 8pm seven days a week.
We answer texts until midnight, which matters more than it sounds on the night of an event.
We deliver out of Brooklyn across four states. Speaker rental Brooklyn is the shortest run we make, and delivery there is free once the order is over $595. Searching for speaker rental near me and you are anywhere in them? Call (718) 787-4477 and we will tell you straight away whether we can cover you.
At Burning Tree Country Club in Greenwich, Connecticut, we supplied the stage, the sound and the lighting for an event with four live bands. One company, one delivery, one setup, one number to call when something needs moving.
That is the usual shape of the bigger jobs. If you need a stage or event lighting as well as speakers, ask for all of it on one quote.
We were so impressed with the stage rental for our Bonfire event! The setup was seamless, the quality was excellent, and the team was incredibly professional and efficient. It elevated the entire experience and created the perfect focal point for the night.
Friendly, courteous, punctual, informative and helpful! Yani was great to deal with. We used this company for an outdoor church event and they were very professional!
We rented the PA package for our block party. Two speakers on stands, the mixer and a wireless microphone, delivered in the morning and set up before the street filled up. The sound carried the whole block and nobody had to touch a knob all day. We are booking the same thing again next year.
$225 a day for a single powered speaker with a stand, or $695 a day for the full PA package: two speakers, two stands, a mixer, a wireless microphone and all the cables. A day is 24 hours, and day two and day three are half price. Setup is included. Delivery is free in Brooklyn on orders over $595 and in Manhattan and Queens on orders over $1,500; outside those three it is priced by distance. Minimum order for delivery is $595 in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, $995 beyond. Call (718) 787-4477 and we will price the whole job at once.
One day, which means 24 hours. Keeping it longer is half price after day one, so a three day weekend costs the same as two days. Say so when you call and we will quote the extra days with it.
Yes. A speaker stand comes with every speaker at no extra cost.
No. A speaker comes with a stand, not a microphone. We rent microphones separately, either on their own or added to your speaker order, so tell us if you need one and we will bring it.
Yes. You do not have to rent speakers to rent a microphone. If you already have sound and only need something to speak into, that is a rental on its own.
Powered JBL and RCF speakers. Powered means the amplifier is built into the cabinet, so there is no separate amp to rent or wire up. Line array systems are available for larger events.
Yes, JBL and RCF subwoofers. They pair with the speakers above and are worth adding to a music-led event.
It depends on the headcount, whether you are indoors or outside, and whether the sound is for speeches or for music and dancing. Describe the space on the phone and we will tell you what will cover it. We would rather send the right amount than the most.
Yes. Setup is included on every job. Delivery is free in Brooklyn on orders over $595, and in Manhattan and Queens on orders over $1,500. Outside those three there is a delivery fee based on distance, quoted from the address. Minimum order for delivery is $595 in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, $995 beyond, and under that you are welcome to pick up from our Brooklyn store, which is always an option if you would rather carry it yourself.
Yes. The DJ package is $1,495 and includes a Pioneer DJM-A9 mixer, a turntable, a DDJ-SZ controller and a microphone. Speakers are rented separately at $225 a day each, or $695 for the full PA package. Booked together, the DJ package plus the PA package is $1,995.
For one event, renting is cheaper every time, and it is not close. Buying makes sense when you run events regularly and have somewhere dry to store the gear between them. If you are at that point, ask us about a long-term account instead. Renting for one event is almost always the cheaper route: our guide on how much it costs to rent a sound system walks through the numbers.
