A party at home usually means one company for the tents, another for tables and chairs, another for a speaker and someone else for the balloons. With our backyard party rentals it is one call, one delivery and one pickup, and setup is included on every job.
Tents and canopies

Seating for a backyard, a basement, a rooftop or a rented hall, delivered and set up.
Sound and microphones
The PA package is $695: two speakers, two stands, a mixer, a wireless microphone and every cable. A microphone with a small mixer for the toasts is $175.
DJ setup
The DJ package is $1,495: a Pioneer DJM-A9 mixer, a turntable, a DDJ-SZ controller and one microphone.
Lighting and a dance floor
Uplighting and stage lighting for the evening, and a dance floor for the first dance or the after party.
Helium and balloons
Tanks from $195 for seven days, regulator included, no deposit. Bring your balloons to the Brooklyn store and we fill them while you wait.
An anniversary dinner in a backyard and a graduation party in a rented hall need different gear. Tell us the occasion, the headcount and the space, and we will tell you what fits and what will not.
A 25th anniversary, a 60th birthday, a retirement. Anniversary party rentals are usually for a backyard or a hall with speeches, a slideshow and a lot of people who need somewhere to sit.
Music, a toast and somewhere to dance. Engagement party rentals at home are mostly a sound and lighting job, with a canopy if it is outside.
A backyard graduation party runs all afternoon, so the tents, the seating and the music have to last from lunch to the last guest.
Backyard party rentals add two questions nobody thinks about until the day: where the power comes from, and what happens if it rains.
Delivery is free in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. Outside those three there is a delivery fee based on distance, quoted from your address. Setup is included on every job, wherever it is - we do not charge to put the gear up.
Order before 11:30 am and it goes out the same day. After that, the next day. In Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens a same-day run is usually two to three hours.
Keeping it longer? Day two and day three are half price. A three day weekend costs the same as two days, and the truck run costs us the same either way, which is why we advertise it rather than waiting to be asked.
Backyard party rentals are priced are per day and include delivery where it is free, setup, stands, all cables and a technician who does not leave until it is working. Not in the price, and we tell you before you book: delivery outside the free zone, stairs above two flights with no elevator ($195), and pickup after 10pm ($195).
We cover all five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, northern New Jersey, Connecticut and eastern Pennsylvania. Open seven days, 8am to 8pm, and texts are answered until midnight.
