Every style below is built by hand on a sturdy frame, in the colors you pick. The price under each photo is where that style starts, with the balloons, frame, build and setup included. Not sure which one fits your spot? Send a photo of the space to (718) 787-4477.
Four steps from the first message to the arch standing at your party. Questions in between? Call (718) 787-4477.
Tell us the date, the venue, where the arch goes and how wide the space is. A photo of the spot and your colors helps us size it right.
We send a simple design and one price for the balloons, the frame, the build and the setup. A 50% deposit reserves your date.
Our crew arrives 2 to 3 hours before the party, sets the frame, adds the balloon clusters and anchors it with weights or stakes.
Keep the balloons, or book takedown and we come back after the party to remove the arch, the frame and the bases.
A half arch starts at $395, a circle hoop at $495 and a full balloon arch up to 12 feet wide at $650. An organic arch with mixed sizes starts at $750, and big arches for a stage or a building entrance, 15 to 20 feet wide, start at $1,150. The price includes the balloons, the frame, the build and the setup. Delivery is priced by distance, and takedown after the party starts at $125.
One price for the arch, the frame and the setup. You never pay per balloon.
Quoted up front with the arch, so the total is clear before you book.
The rest is due before the event. Graduation season and June weekends book up first.
Takedown, early setup, tolls and parking are listed in the quote before you book.
What moves the price: width and height, chrome or double-stuffed colors, flowers, greenery or a sign added to the frame, an outdoor setup that needs extra weights, stairs or a long walk from the truck, and a tight setup window at the venue. Rather rent the frame and do it yourself? We can quote a balloon arch rental of the frame and bases alone; most customers find the full setup worth it.
Measure the spot. Width of the doorway, stage or path, and the ceiling height if it is inside. A phone photo with a tape measure in it is perfect.
Ask the venue about setup time. Many halls give decorators one or two hours before guests arrive, and some do not allow helium or stakes in the lawn.
Think about the wind. Outdoors we anchor every frame with weights or stakes, and we plan for shade where we can, because sun and heat are hard on latex.
Pick two or three colors. Two main colors and one metallic or neutral accent photograph best. Send the invitation and we match it.
Keep the walkway clear. If guests walk under it, we leave at least 7 feet of headroom and keep the bases out of the path.
The same crew builds arches for a backyard first birthday and a hotel ballroom gala. These are the events we build for most.
School colors over the stage, the gym doors or the backyard path, plus the class year in foil numbers on top.
A balloon arch for wedding ceremonies, the hall entrance or the sweetheart table, in white, blush, sage or gold.
Rainbow arches for kids, number arches for milestones and hoop arches as the photo spot of the night.
An arch over the shop door for the ribbon cutting, or in brand colors at the lobby, a launch or a trade show booth.
Soft pastel or white and gold arches at the church hall door or behind the dessert table.
Start and finish line arches for fun runs, school field days, walks and street fairs, anchored for outdoors.
Balloon arch NYC, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Our crew comes from Brooklyn, so a balloon arch NYC job in any of the five boroughs is everyday work: schools, catering halls, churches, rooftops, parks and backyards.
We also cover Nassau and Suffolk, Westchester, North and Central New Jersey, Fairfield County in Connecticut and eastern Pennsylvania. If you searched for a balloon arch near me and landed here, pick your town on our service areas page or just call.

The P.S. 23 PTA, located in Staten Island, NY, uses them for our long-term rental of an extra-large helium cylinder throughout the school year. We use the tank for balloons for our various school events and PTA activities, so having a reliable helium supply on hand is incredibly helpful. Their service has always been great, and delivery and pickup are easy and convenient.
A half arch starts at $395, a circle hoop arch at $495 and a full balloon arch up to 12 feet wide at $650, with the balloons, frame, build and setup included. Organic arches start at $750 and large 15 to 20 foot arches at $1,150. Delivery is priced by distance and takedown starts at $125.
Yes. We can rent the arch frame and bases on their own for customers who want to add the balloons themselves. Most people book the full setup because building an arch takes two people and a few hours. Ask for both prices and pick what fits.
Most arches take 1 to 2 hours on site, and large or organic arches take 2 to 3 hours. We pre-build the clusters in our shop and finish the arch at your venue, so we only need a short window before guests arrive.
Most arches are 8 to 12 feet wide and 7 to 9 feet tall, which fits a door, a path or a stage. We build up to 20 feet wide for building entrances, stages and race lines. Tell us the width of the spot and we size the arch to it.
This style uses mixed balloon sizes, from small 5 inch to large 24 inch balloons, in loose clusters instead of even rows. It looks softer and fuller, often with greenery or flowers, and it is the most popular style for weddings and showers.
Yes. Outdoor arches stand on weighted bases or are staked into the lawn. Sun and heat are hard on latex balloons, so we set up close to the start of the party and pick a shaded spot when we can. In strong wind we may suggest a half arch or columns instead.
An air-filled arch indoors stays fresh for several days and often a week. Outdoors in summer sun, plan on the day of the party. Helium is not used in arches, so they do not sink overnight.
Two to three weeks ahead is best, and a month ahead for May and June graduations, wedding season and December. We take last-minute orders when the crew is free, so call (718) 787-4477 or send us a text even if the party is this week.
Yes, takedown starts at $125. We come back after the party and remove the balloons, the frame and the bases. Many halls need the room clear by a set time, so tell us the end time when you book.
