On booking sites, a balloon artist near me in the New York area usually lists $200 to $350 for the first hour, and $150 to $250 for each extra hour. Big festivals and long school days cost more because they need more than one artist.
Ours: $325 for 1 hour, $550 for 2 hours, $695 for a 3 hour event line, and $995 for balloon twisting plus a face painter for 2 hours. All balloons are included, travel is included in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, and the price is for the time listed, nothing open-ended.
Check the date
Call, text or send the form with the date, the place, the hours and how many kids.
Pick the time
1, 2 or 3 hours, or a combo with a face painter. A 50% deposit holds the date.
Tell us the theme
Unicorns, dinosaurs, superheroes or your colors. The artist brings matching balloons.
Twisting starts
The artist arrives 15 minutes early, sets up a chair and starts the line on time.
Latex allergies
Twisting balloons are latex. Tell us if a guest has a latex allergy and we plan around it.
Little ones
Balloon animals are for kids about 3 and up. Pieces of a popped balloon should be picked up right away.
A spot to work
A chair and a small corner, indoors or in the shade, close to where the kids are.
Heat and wind
Hot sun and wind pop balloons fast, so outdoors we set up in the shade.
Celebration Entertainment did an amazing job for my daughter's 6th birthday party! I couldn't have been any happier!
The service was great. We got a clown for my sister's birthday party, and all went well. The clown came on time and showed great entertainment for the kids.
I did a google search for clowns and found Celebration Entertainment. I thought the prices were competitive and decided to go for them because they were in Brooklyn...BEST decision I ever made!
