A graduation, an assembly and a field day are three different equipment lists from three different suppliers at most schools. With our school event rentals it is one vendor, one purchase order, one delivery and one pickup.
Stages and risers
From $850 a day for a small stage, one set of steps included. Legs level independently on a gym floor or on grass.
Sound for a gym or an auditorium
The PA package is $695: two speakers, two stands, a mixer, a wireless microphone and every cable.
Projector and screen
$395 for the projector, screens at $150, $225 and $295 for 120, 150 and 180 inch. This is what runs the slideshow at an assembly.
Microphones for speeches
Wireless with a small mixer at $175, wired at $125. A principal reading two hundred names needs a microphone that does not cut out.
Inflatables for field day
Over thirty units - bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses and games - delivered, anchored and picked up.
Helium and balloons
Tanks from $195 for seven days, regulator included, no deposit. Long-term cylinder rental for the whole school year.
Schools book differently from parents. You need a W-9, a certificate of insurance, a vendor number and a delivery window that does not collide with dismissal. We have done this since 2001 and the paperwork for your school event rentals is ready before you ask.
Graduation party rentals here usually start with the stage. A graduation stage rental is a deck, one set of steps, black skirting and a microphone that carries to the back row.
An assembly is a sound and screen job. A gym eats sound, so the speaker count comes from the room and the headcount, not from a guess.
Field day rentals are an outdoor logistics job. Power, anchoring and a hard pickup time matter more than the units themselves.
PTAs run on volunteers and a tight budget. A long-term helium cylinder kept at the school through the year costs less than a tank per event.

Delivery is free in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. Outside those three there is a delivery fee based on distance, quoted from your school address. Setup is included on every job, wherever it is.
Order before 11:30 am and it goes out the same day. After that, the next day. We will also hold a delivery window around your bell schedule so nothing arrives at dismissal.
Keeping it longer? Day two and day three are half price. A stage set up on Thursday for a Friday graduation costs the same as two days, not three, and it means the rehearsal happens on the real stage.
In every price: delivery where it is free, setup, stands, all cables and a technician who does not leave until it is working. Not in the price, and we say so before you book: delivery outside the free zone, stairs above two flights with no elevator ($195), and pickup after 10pm ($195).

The P.S. 23 PTA, located in Staten Island, NY, uses them for our long-term rental of an extra-large helium cylinder throughout the school year. We use the tank for balloons for our various school events and PTA activities, so having a reliable helium supply on hand is incredibly helpful. Their service has always been great, and delivery and pickup are easy and convenient.

It comes from the number of people on the deck at once, not the size of the audience. The stage is built from 4ft by 4ft platforms so it is made to fit the room, and the height adjusts from 21.5 to 48 inches with legs that level independently on a gym floor.

Yes. Field day rentals cover inflatables, obstacle courses, inflatable games, canopies and generators where there is no outdoor power. We deliver, anchor everything and come back for the pickup at a time you set.
