Tell us the date, the venue or address, your colors or theme and a photo you like. The size of the room and the table helps too.
We send a simple design and one price for the balloons, the build and the setup. A 50% deposit reserves your date.
Our crew arrives 2 to 3 hours before the party, builds everything on site and leaves the room clean, ready for your guests.
Keep the balloons, or book takedown and we come back after the party to remove everything, frames and bases included.

Size: a 6 foot balloon garland and a 20 foot one are different jobs, and a balloon wall is priced by its width and height. Style: organic designs with mixed sizes, chrome balloons, double-stuffed colors and foil toppers take more balloons and more hands. Venue: stairs, a fifth-floor walk-up, an outdoor setup that needs weights, or a tight setup window all add time. Distance and takedown: delivery is priced by distance, and takedown after the party is a second trip.

Check the venue rules first. Many catering halls, schools and churches set a setup window, ban helium near smoke detectors or ask for a certificate of insurance. We can send the venue a certificate when they ask, so tell us the hall name when you book.
Measure the spot. A photo of the wall or table with a tape measure in it tells us more than any description. Ceiling height matters for arches and ceilings, and door width matters for anything we build ahead of time.
Pick two or three colors. Most designs look best with two main colors and one accent, such as a metallic or a soft neutral. Bring the invitation, a napkin or a fabric swatch and we match it.
Think about photos. Put the main piece where people will stand for pictures and where the light is good, not behind a column or next to the exit sign.
Plan the end of the night. Decide early whether you keep everything or want us to come back. Many halls need the room empty by a set time, and a crew coming back at midnight has to be booked ahead.
