"The setup was seamless, the quality was excellent, and the team was incredibly professional."
Every stage we build is made from the same stage equipment: strong 4x4 aluminum platforms, legs that adjust one by one, stage stairs and rails. You tell us the size, the height and the event, and we bring the right parts and put them together. Call (718) 787-4477 or send us a text with your measurements.
Four steps from your call to a level, safe stage. Questions in between? Call (718) 787-4477 or send us a text.
Share the event, the space and how many people will be on stage. We suggest a size and a height that fit.
Platforms, steps, rails, skirting, delivery and setup, all in one quote before you pay.
Our crew brings the stage equipment, sets every leg and checks the deck is level and solid.
After the event we take the stage apart and load it out, so you are free to enjoy the night.
A small stage, from one 4x4 platform up to 8x8, starts at $850 with delivery, setup, one set of steps and pickup. Bigger stages are priced by the job, by size, height and distance. Extra stage stairs, guard rails, an ADA ramp and carpet are added in the same quote, so you see one total before you book.
Pick the height that suits the room. Under 24 inches feels close to the crowd; 32 to 48 inches is best when people are standing.
One set of steps comes with every stage. Extra steps and handrails are add-ons in your quote.
Black, light gray or white skirting around the stage. Ask when you book.
Our base is in Brooklyn. Every other area is quoted up front with delivery, setup and pickup.
Stage stairs rental depends on how high the deck is. A 3-step unit fits a stage from 24 to 32 inches. A 5-step unit fits a stage from 24 to 48 inches. For anything over 24 inches we suggest handrails on both sides.

Measure the space. Leave about 3 feet around the stage for the steps, rails and a clear walkway. Indoors, check the ceiling height: a tall stage with a tall speaker can feel tight.
Count who stands on stage. A speaker or a DJ needs one or two platforms. A 4 piece band needs about 12×16 feet, and a graduation line needs a long, narrow deck.
Uneven ground is fine. Each leg adjusts on its own, so we can build a level portable stage platform on a sloped street, a lawn or a parking lot.
Need power, sound or lights for the stage? We quote sound systems, stage lighting and a generator together with the stage equipment.
Real photos from our jobs: our platforms and steps at a Greenwich, CT golf club, a band on our stage at night, a Brooklyn block party stage with a tent, tall stage stairs at a Queens school, a stage leveled on a sloped street, the frame going up in a Jersey City church hall, side guard rails and our skirting in three colors.
The same stage equipment builds a podium, a runway, a band stage or a long graduation deck. These are the events we set up most.
Graduation stages, school plays and stage extensions in gyms. We work with school schedules and purchase orders.
A carpeted stage for the head table, the band or the ceremony, with skirting to match the room.
Band stages with stage stairs, guard rails and room for the gear, on lawns, streets and parking lots.
A speaker stage or panel riser for meetings, launches and award nights, with sound and lights if you need them.
Stages for church halls, outdoor services and holiday programs, built level on any floor.
Street stages for block parties, community days and rallies, with an ADA ramp when it is needed.
Our crew delivers the stage equipment from Brooklyn to all five boroughs of New York City, Long Island and Westchester, and on to New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. We build the stage, check that it is level and solid, and come back to take it down after the event. Delivery is priced by distance and listed in your quote.

We were so impressed with the stage rental for our Bonfire event! The setup was seamless, the quality was excellent, and the team was incredibly professional and efficient. It elevated the entire experience and created the perfect focal point for the night. Highly recommend!
A small stage from one 4x4 platform up to 8x8 starts at $850 with delivery, setup, one set of steps and pickup. Bigger stages are priced by the job, by size, height and distance, and add-ons like extra steps, guard rails, an ADA ramp or carpet are listed in the same quote.
Each portable stage platform is 4 by 4 feet. We join platforms to build any size in 4 foot steps: 8x8 for a DJ or a speaker, 12x16 for a small band and long narrow decks for graduations. Stage platform rental is priced by how many platforms you need and how high they stand.
Our adjustable legs set the deck from 21.5 to 48 inches high. Each leg adjusts on its own, so the stage stays level on uneven ground.
Yes, one set of steps comes with every stage. Stage stairs rental for a second side, or handrails on both sides, is an add-on. A 3-step unit fits 24 to 32 inch stages; a 5-step unit fits stages up to 48 inches.
We recommend guard rails on the sides and back of any stage over 24 inches, and on any stage used by kids. They come in 4 foot sections and clip onto the platforms.
Black, light gray or white pleated skirting. Ask when you book and we will note the color on your quote.
Yes. An ADA ramp lets a wheelchair, a walker or a rolling cart reach the stage. Tell us the stage height and we size the ramp to match.
Yes. Every leg stands on a wide foot plate and adjusts on its own, so we build level stages on lawns, streets, parking lots and gym floors.
Our stage equipment is rented with delivery, setup and pickup by our crew. That way every leg is set right and the stage is safe to use.
