Rails and stairs

Rails go on open sides over 24 inches; every stage comes with one set of stairs.

Your rider

Send the rider, stage plot or input list so the sound fits the act.

Power

Big systems need dedicated power or a towable diesel generator.

Schedule

Tell us load-in, soundcheck, show and load-out times and the venue rules.

50% deposit

A 50% deposit reserves the date and the balance is due 14 days before.

How do I book a stage with sound and lighting?

Fill out this event production booking form: build your stage size, pick the sound, lighting, video and crew, and add your schedule. Our production team reviews it and sends a detailed quote.

How big can the stage be?

Our portable stage is built from 4 x 4 ft aluminum decks, so any size in 4 ft steps works, from a podium to a 40 ft festival stage. Heights run from about 24 to 48 inches. A mobile stage trailer with a roof is also available.

Do you provide the sound engineer and lighting tech?

Yes. Production packages include the crew listed, and you can add a sound engineer, lighting tech, stage manager and stagehands for any show.

How much is the deposit?

A 50% deposit reserves your date and the balance is due 14 days before the event. See all payment options.

What do you need from us?

Truck access, the venue's load-in rules and times, power (or add a generator), permits for parks and streets, and your rider, stage plot or input list at least 7 days before.

Can you work outdoors?

Yes, on streets, parks and fields. Stages stand on adjustable legs that level on grass and slopes; we add rails on open sides and a roof with the mobile stage.
