A rental is for 24 hours unless your order says otherwise. Late returns are charged 50% of the rental price per extra day.

Yes. We are licensed and insured, and we send a certificate of insurance (COI) to parks, schools, buildings and venues that ask for one. Pick Yes on the form and add the venue's requirements as a file.
Rental payments are not refunded, because your reservation holds equipment, staff and delivery for your date. We may offer a one-time rescheduling credit to a new date within 6 months. The full rules are in our Terms of Service.
